Ashleigh Furniture Store - Customer Service
BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE -- I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture and waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered. While bringing it in the house I notice a deep gouge on the foot-board and a few on the headboard. When they were finished putting the bed together the delivery guys tell me they are missing a screw for the handle on one of the drawers at the foot-board. I am assured these issues will be taken care of when the technician comes out to do the repairs. I would have much rather had the bed be in pristine condition when it was delivered. Two weeks later the technician comes out to do the repairs. The gouge was repaired as well as the other scratches. However this guy apparently did not have the correct screw to attach the handle for the drawer at the foot-board. So he apparently used glue, which ran all the way down the front of the drawer. This bed is Black so can you imagine what a bunch of white glue looks like on the drawer. I called Customer Service again and told them this was not going to fly with me. They assured me they would order another drawer and have it sent to my house in 5 to 7 days. That was over two weeks ago. Today I called Customer Service again to see where the drawer might be. Imagine my surprise when they tell me there is no record of this drawer being ordered. So once again supposedly the drawer is on order. I am not to sure I would purchase from them again at this point.
