NORTH CAROLINA -- I don't mind saying that for 4 years I was with Boost Mobile after spending time with Sun Com. I saw an advertisement from T-Mobile that said 59.99 Monthly unlimited talk, text, and web, so I decided to go in to check it out. The Reps at the store sold me on the plan, but when my bill came out it wasn't 59.99,but 79.99 because internet was 20.00 a month extra. This was not what I was told in the store, and on top of all that, my service is horrible.
I have returned 5 phones so far, and in order for me to get a better phone, then I will need to wait another 10 months or pay full price for any phone. All they want to do is get you under some kind of contract, and then your hooked for 24 months. 24 months of no help, bad service, and no possibility of the truth being told. Sun Com did more to deceive their customers than anyone, and then became T-Mobile. Maybe the name shouldn't of been the only thing they should have changed.
