UPS - Make Them Pay!
OAKHURST, CALIFORNIA -- Apparently there are millions of unhappy UPS customers. I personally will not constantly complain about a company unless I am willing to take a stand and make that company pay. I will not give my money to any company that uses UPS for the delivery of my packages. If a company allows me the choice of USPS as my shipping choice, then I will do business with that company. If I cannot use USPS then I will not give my money to the company.
I wrote a letter to Staples regarding inexcusable and gross negligent UPS delivery practices and explained that I would be happy to continue shopping at Staples but only if I can use USPS. I let Staples know that UPS will never get my money as well as anyone using UPS solely. I also filed a small claims lawsuit against UPS. Therefore, letters written to all companies that deny me a shipping choice other than UPS, informing them of their loss of sales from me because of my staunch disapproval of unethical companies like UPS. This is how UPS pays a price for its unethical business behavior.
UPS loses business because the companies using UPS notify them of the excessive loss of business they themselves are getting due to UPS dissatisfaction. We the consumers can bring down UPS by simply refusing to give our money to any company that forces UPS on us. But we need to resort to the old fashion letter writing technique to allow companies to know why they will not get our money. Can you imagine losing volumes of business in today's environment because you do not offer other choices of shipping, like USPS for example? I love the United States Postal Service.
