T-Mobile - No Loyalty To Their Customers
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- After being with them for over 3yrs and having multiple issues with them I called to cancel was told it would be prorated amount I agreed to that....A month later I get a bill for the full amount. I call to find out whats going on they said sorry the computer will not allow me to change it, asked for supervisor....Got transferred to some other country and then the t-mobile supervisor hung up on me.
Called back again got someone in the states to have them say sorry computer will not allow me to change it asked for supervisor again and they would not get on the phone was just told sorry he can not change it either ...........Way to go t-mobile great customer service....................
