Straight Talk saves money, but if you have any problems with the phone or service you pay for it in down time, loss of phone number for up to 10 days while you get a new reconditioned and may or may not last phone to replace the one that died. My NoKia Smart Phone lasted about 34 days. It broke in the middle of a call. They say I must return the phone before they will replace it and will not overnight anything. I paid $149 for the phone. Their "processes" are maddening to anyone who is trying to efficient or use the phone for business.

While they advertise cost savings, and in this economy many are trying to save money, I would stay clear if you really need the phone. Just too much risk and their customer service is not understanding, instead very very frustrating when things go wrong.

Thank you for the review. A lot of bargain communications companies come at a cost of poor products and customer service.
