Gevalia Stinks

DES MOINES, IOWA -- Gevalia has been billing me for a coffee delivery I never received and has continually billed me each month after many phone, E mail and letter contacts. I suggested sending the product and I would pay for it, to date that suggestion has been ignored. I have written to the corporate office and the parent company Kraft and received no reply other than another bill.

You might be interested in going to the Iowa consumer agency's website http://www.state.ia.us/government/ag/consumer and clicking on the "File a Consumer Fraud Complaint" or calling the Iowa Attorney Generals office at (515) 281-5164 for some advice.
