Burger King - Lack of Customer Service and Competence

WHEATON, ILLINOIS -- I went through the drive in at Burger King in Wheaton,IL Saturday night April 7th. It was on Roosevelt and County Line Road. I asked for a small caramel frappe and the lady said they don't have them yet. Well, there's this huge advertising sign and the picture of the drink right there in the drive thru and they don't have them yet? I thought that was weird. Anyway, I said no problem and I left.
I went to the BK on Route 59 and Batavia Road and went through the drive thru and asked for a caramel frappe. The guy says OK. As I'm leaving to go to the window, I heard him say, "Oh wait, we don't have the caramel, just the mocha." I said, "I want the caramel, I don't like the mocha." I asked if they could substitute the frozen smoothie instead and he said no. It's not my fault they didn't have the caramel. They didn't want to take care of the customer. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I would have to come in the store and talk to him. I peeled out of the parking lot. Terrible customer service!
