This is a dishonest company that keeps charging you well after the service has been disconnected and the final amount paid off. The non-usage fee, the so-called "carrier cost recovery" fee applied at the tail-end of the bill and the 1 minute non-connection charges are plain ridiculous, not to mention the fact that their customer "service" can hardly ever be reached! i suggest filing a complaint with Communications Commisioner (the contact is on the bill) which I have done in the past and had the matter successfully resolved in MY favour. In conclusion, NEVER ever authorize them to charge your credit card monthly!
