DALLAS, TEXAS -- I had services with stream energy...all I can say..communication sux, their computer system sux, their billing system sux...and they call frequently for "not receiving payments" when your bank statement says already paid...
Bottom line...NEVER EVER GOING TO BE WITH THEM ...

What is Stream's response when you tell them you can prove they received their payment from your bank?

Be glad you have a choice of not using them and going with another company. Where I live, there is only one choice of electric company. You use them, good or bad, or you don't have electric service.
