CALIFORNIA -- We purchased a Travelpro platinum luggage that we paid more as it came with lifetime warranty only to find the customer service try to misled the customer and refused to replace defective product as parts are not available. Director of customer service provided very rude and poor service. Call to CEO office refused to speak and we had been told that CEO supports Director of customer service without getting involved. We do not recommend Travel pro product.

Travelpro has gone way down in quality and is no better than middle of the road luggage. Their warranty is "limited" lifetime. The industries best honest warranty and what road warriors carry is Briggs & Riley - no better warranty. Yes its made in China, but excellent materials and workmanship, using Japanese YKK zippers (first thing to fail on most bags)
