Flower Delivery Express - Horrible Company

Like everyone else, I wish we looked into this company before making a purchase.

The website indicated we were eligible for same day delivery, which we were looking for. We received an email the following day that the order was being processed, which was followed by a second email indicating the flowers were delivered (they day after the website stated they would be delivered). I contacted my mother, whom the flowers were for, and they had not arrived.

I called the company later that night and it took my finally going through the place order line in order to actually get a hold of a person. I was given an excuse that the delivery department was not in and they could not see if the flowers were really delivered or not. I stated regardless, they were supposed to be delivered the previous day and that I had spent a lot of money in order for them to be delivered as such. I said I was very upset and that I wanted my money back. I was then told that the accountant was not in anymore and I would not find out until the following day if I could get a refund.

I called back the following day and stated I wanted a full refund. They finally agreed to give me a refund and that it would take 7 to 10 business days to be returned. I am still waiting on this refund.

Do not go with this company. It really is not worth the hassle and you will not get the product you are looking for.

If they attempt to delay your refund be sure and challenge the charge with your credit card company.
