I would like to know how I am suppose to check my blood sugar when I don't get my One Touch Delica Lancets or my One Touch Ultra Test Strips. If this is how you do busness that I think I will go back to Truetest. I am suppose to check my blood sugar once a day and I ran out of testing supply about a week ago, and I don't have a phone to call and find out where my supply's are.

I loved using Medco for my mom's medications, HOWEVER, I did have to call and speak with someone on occasion. Without access to a phone, I can see how it might be very inconvenient. That is the nature of the beast, since you don't deal with them face to face.
With privacy concerns being what they are, there may be no chat available. I would not advise using Medco without a phone if there is no chat available.
