Continual frustration everything Staples!
print copy center/ product availability/ rewards rip offs! - Complaint
PELHAM, ALABAMA -- I have read that an organization assumes the personality of its management...I don't really have good to say about the management therefore! SO many hassles dealing with Staples......here's an ongoing issues.....just one of many! I have tried for three years to register with your web site to order print and copy services...my account with Staples will not remain and is unknown each month I try to log on....(I am using the correct login information!) so each month I am required to create a "NEW" account. Once (re) established, it will not allow me to order print and copy service without establishing yet another unique account! After setting up the second account for those in-store services, I am unable to finish the order through the "check"out process as it requires payment in advance and the pay upon pickup button is grayed out for some reason! That's ridiculous. So I always resort to dealing directly with the store an circumventing the whole web site....but now the store now longer has an email account directly to the print and copy center as it appears all order are now required to go through he web site! errrg!
you make it difficult for the customer to actually conduct business! who would consider that service or good business practices?
On several occasions the promised product availability of toner cartridges promoted as (in-stock guarantee) were not honored! the product warranty in stock and no effort of honoring the guarantee was offered fro the manager when I asked!
your rewards program is such a tangles hassles it is worthless and it obviously a mere marketing trick to engage customers on your web site trying to find redemption! and then the terms are suspicious and deceptive!
