Lowe's of Bayshore - Defective Stove

BAYSHORE, NEW YORK -- I can relate to the complaint about Lowe's and Frigidaire.
I purchased a Fridgdare stove on February 29th 2012. On April 5th, only about A MONTH!, the glass shattered while cooking. I have spoken to several employees at Lowe's who can only apologize but say unless it's within seven days it can not be returned! I might not have even put the stove on within seven days!. They said it would be repaired and scheduled an appointment. Now I took off a day of work, only to have to wait for the glass to be ordered even though they knew what part needed to be replaced.
So instead of Lowe's, the superstore that they are, dealing with the manufacturer for their defective merchandise, I need to, the consumer. And, even though I purchased a new stove, I get a defective repaired stove. They still have not fixed it and I am still waiting, and I am disputing the charge. I will never deal with Lowe's again or buy another Frigidaire product!
