Dominos - Delivery Person Not Being Paid What Is Added Into Order Delivery Charge

MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Placed order with coupon for delivery. Coupon for small pizza one topping and a oven baked sandwich. Ordered extra cheese for pizza topping, did not see it I added my own. Total of order was 12.81c. 8.99 plus 1.32 for tax and delivery charge of 2.50. I thought being the driver delivering our meal using his own vehicle, gas and wear and tear on his car, tires etc. should be keeping the delivery charge for himself instead of the co.keeping a portion of it.
I am sure the waitresses delivering your meals to your table
do not have to share with the company. Something is wrong with this picture. Hope this is changed in the near future., and that is with all pizza companies. If they want to keep a portion of the delivery charge, I think they should supply a company vehicle.

Actually, waiters/waitresses share their tips with busboys and bartenders (if you ordered drinks).

I was going to say. I once was a busperson and waitresses always have to split their earnings and do not make all of what they receive. I always leave a tip, on top of the deliver charge.
My brother worked at dominoes and it is true, they dont get all of the delivery tip. Of course with the extra deliver charge i cant afford a huge tip but i at least try to add 2 or 3 bucks (bigger if bigger order.)
