Do Not Book At Orbitz.com
Booking Flight - Complaint
I booked a flight at Orbitz.com 5 days ago, all went fine at booking but I never received any confirmation email. I tried to login but did not get through. I tried to reset my password but the promised temporary password never arrived. I am 100% sure that my email works as normal.
So I am here with no information about the booking I paid for.
The Orbitz.com does not provide a customer service phone (at least in any obvious form). It seems that they do not care about customer service at all.
What shall I do?
One thing I do know is that I will not book from them again!
