Cable TV - Complaint
KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I have been a Knology customer for almost 10 years. Over the last year, the quality of service has deteriorated to the point of almost being useless. All the while, my bill has steadily increased (up by almost $30 per month). My internet speed constantly drops to well under 1mps, and the only way to get it back to speed is to reset my network card. Last week I lost phone, internet and TV service. When I called customer service, I was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Luckily service returned on it's own about 12 hrs later, because I am still waiting for a tech to call me. I wrote corporate customer service to complain about the length of time to resolve and was basically told to go to another provider if I wasn't happy with the time frame. That is exactly what I did. I switched all my service to Comcast and saved a lot of money by doing so.
