TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA -- My husband and I were very unhappy with how slow the escrow process was taking, I had to call the bank myself and got through the same day. The escrow was in no way trying to communicate with my bank. On top of that I explained to my realtor that we will be pulling out of contract with her company, well she thought she had done something wrong and went out of her way to text me 30 times. I responded twice, saying that I would like out of contract and it was not her as a realtor but the company. I was sooo shocked as to her making such horrible text over and over again to my phone. My husband called her to stop the harassment, instead she went on cussing at my husband. We very much tried to respectfully cancel our contract with her, but without much luck I went to see her broker. What a positive representation of how a realtor should be and act. He was more than helpful and respected my decision. No realtor should ever act out toward a client, they have a fidicuary duty to their client. As soon as I told her we wanted out of contract, its as if she threw all her morals out the window.

I'm guessing that the broker who worked with you may have something to say to the realtor about the poor behaviour.
