Dish Network - Consistent inaccuracy of billing

PRESCOTT VALLEY, ARIZONA -- Service with Dish Network TV began for me in January 2012. Everything from billing has created a problem that I must make call(s) about. It is time consuming. Being overcharged on an autopay has costly financial consequences. Fees for overdrawing will be significant and Dish is responsible when my account is improperly charged. I called immediately when overbilled, was removed from autopay so they could change the amount before withdrawal was made. I was asked to call back the next day to be reinstated as an autopay which I did. However, two days later billing withDrew (not on autopay) the exact amount again. I was told it takes 5-7 business days to reverse their error. That would create a chargable event at my financial institution and the consequences recorded on my account.
I have requested greater attention be given to the handling of accounts. I am bewildered trying to get my account functioning in a reliable manner.
If this is ongoing it will be necessary to change service for something more accurate and reliable. Please straighten this out, I really don't want to leave Dish Network. Thank you for your best effort to serve your customers appropriately. jb
