csm collections Complaint - rude
i got a phone call the other day in regards to a bill which i thought my insurance had paid 2 years ago. i found out that it was not. madline informed me i had one week to fork up what she said i owed a sizable amount. she quickly stated that i had received 6 prior bills i just had received my first and hers was the only phone call. she was rude, so rude that she made some of the nco reps look like angels. i tried to talk to her about the bill and tell her my circomstances plus what type of arrangements could be made she snapped at me and say all one week or court. she said my circomstances was no consquence. i called my insurance casue i wanted to know why it was not paid. i found out that most of it was paid and what madline was trying to ding me for for was the orginal amount. kathy the insurance rep tried to make a conference call madline told her that it only me she was going to talk to and hung up after an exchange of words that kathy was tryting to help me. we treid several times to call an talk conference but to no avail. totally unreasonable. kathy told me that madline was the single most rudest person she had ever talked to . kathy suggested to me to get a hold of the orginal creditor which i did i talked to helen of billing and collections i told her what happened my circumstances and talked about the bill what was really owed. we set up payment plan. helen also talked to my insurance rep kathy helen was apoligic and said that is not the way they do business and said they did not authorize madline to iniatate any court action. i told her i will deal only with her we came to an agreement and she said her supervisors will be notified of this company attitude. i am happy with my out come. i hope this company which ibeleive is home based goes under.
