AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I have never had any trouble with Chase, in fact they were very helpful when I lost my card (which the finder/thief) used! I had absolutely no trouble having my card replaced and having erroneous charges deleted while they pursued the "perp".
My positive experience may not outweigh others' issues, just wanted to add to discussion.
Generally the use of credit is much more complicated than in years past.

Great post. I love my Chase credit card, and their customer service. No, our compliments may not outweigh the people who complaint about checking services, and even those who have had credit card issues. Most of the time people write to complain by nature, and they have (or should have) good reason to.

I have had a Chase MC for almost 9 years now. It's my only cc and I have never had a problem with it (knock on wood).
