Nextel Informative - Sprint merging
NEW YORK -- We have had horrendous phone bills with Nextel (pretty much unreadable, by the way). Our kids often went over the minutes and it's 40 cents a minute peak time. So we are switching to Sprint (supposedly w/no early termination charges). My husband has spent over 3 hours on the phone to try to get it all done. He just got off the phone (an hour) and they still haven't straightened everything out. They said they will call us back within 42 hours. I'll keep you informed.
