Metro PCS - Will not give money back after only 3 days

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I purchased a Samsung cell phone on 4/19/12. I asked the clerk if I didn't like it, could I return the cell phone. The clerk responded, yes, before 7 days after the purchase. Yesterday, I went and told him I didn't like the phone and was bringing it back only 3 days after purchased. He grabbed the phone and started fooling around with it. After a while, he said he wouldn't give me money back for the phone because I had made more than 7 hours of calls. That was a lie, since I couldn't even make calls without having a hard time. The store is located at SW 147th Ave. and 184th Street, Miami, FL. I find it despicable that I will not be able to return a brand new phone.

Contact your AG's office (Pam Bondi) via http://myfloridalegal.com/contact and see if they can't render some assistance on resolving this problem.

its actually to return a metro phone its gotta be under 7days old and under ONE HOUR talk time...

You can check the phones status yourself. It tells you exactly how many minutes were used since owning it. It's all in the settings. There is no way to change this information/log without doing a factory reset.
