Subway has became a place where no-one wants to work. It has a very restrictive environment and the franchise owners are uncaring and feel that employees are disposable. They even have a website that is for their own use that teaches them how to make more money by squeezing the copper out of every penny they make. It doesn't surprise me at all to see complaints like this. Trust me, if a Subway employee tries to make a customer happy either his franchise owner or the Subway Corp. rep will make sure it doesn't ever happen. I speak from experience as a former Subway manager.

just from the sound of Tezrien's post, I don't think I would have liked the atmosphere in his (or her) Subway. I love Subway and have always been treated with smiles.
