CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- This company is really bad with returning calls on complaints. When I first signed up for a new policy the agent didn't disclose to me that they have a policy that if a license driver is in the household and they don't have insurance they insist that put them on your policy. The agent knew my son didn't have insurance and after the money was paid for the 6-month policy, then they sent another bill stating to add a driver. I said I don't want to add my son, they said that is part company policy or we will terminate your policy. They wanted an additional $603.18 in which I was never informed in the beginning. So they ended up terminating my policy a little after 3 months into the 6-month policy and refused to return any money.
