Complaint

FLORIDA -- Please return cable TV channels to normal w/ deleting Spanish on regular cable TV stations, like Lifetime channel for one.
Some stations are mute w/no sound. Bravo is one example of muteness.
Thanx

I had the same problem with Comcast. I had about 4 stations that had no sound and a couple in Spanish.
The problem is you probably hit one of the buttons on the remote that changes the language. If the channel is not simucast in Spanish it will be mute.
Just hit the button again, I believe it's labelled "Lan" or something like that. It's usually at the bottom of the remote.

Sounds like 'second audio program' or SAP - This can be enabled on the catv box or on the TV itself - depending on features.

Same this has happened to both of my tvs and it's not the lang button.
