Enterprise Rent A Car - A Con Scheme to Get Money
COLUMBAI, MARYLAND -- I was unfortunately in a car accident and needed to utilize the services of Enterprise for a short time frame. The lady Satanya looked over the vehicle with me and my boyfriend. At the time of the inspection my boyfriend noted that there were scratches on the roof of the vehicle. The lady Satanya told us at that time that there was no need to document these scratches, as they were not big enough to be chargable.
I had the vehicle in my possession for maybe a couple of weeks. When I returned the vehicle I received a phone call from Garrett at the Columbia branch. He at that time informed me that I was being charged for the damage to the roof of the vehicle! I tried to talk to him and inform him about the initial damage that was already inflicted on the vehicle, but he was extremely rude and told me to contact my insurace company.
To make the story short I am now being charged $500 for damages to a vehicle that I did not inflict and whose damage was already present before the vehicle left the lot.
This company scams people by charging them for damage that is already present on vehicles from a previous rental. Their "Managers" don't listen and are rude, and they're employees will lie to you and then deny it later. All in the name of making a buck.
I will never again use their services and strongly caution those who do!
