Willis Orchard Co. - Dishonesty of Business Conduct

GEORGIA -- I ordered three fruit trees on 3/27 from Willis Orchard and was promised to get it shipped right away (it promised to arrive within 10~14 days). Called on 4/3 to check shipping status and was told it will definitely shipped out by 4/9. Called again on 4/12 and was told it should be on its way. Called on 4/15 (it has been 15th business day by now) and found out it was not shipped yet. I want to cancelled the order and was told that I have to pay for 10% penalty which I cannot agree. The service representatives had very bad attitude who not only did not apologized for missing shipping, but also believe the company interest come first despite of the company has violated the agreement and customer rights. I had also wrote an email to check for order status on 4/12 and got no response till now (4/27).

On 4/15, I called American Express credit card customer service center to cancel my payment (paid on 3/27). Once AmEx understood my situation, it immediately credited the payment to Willis Orchard back to me. What a huge difference in customer care! I advise any potential buyers not to deal with Willis Orchard Co. Its phone # is 1-866-586-6283. Do not believe what they say on the phone or on its website..

Glad to hear you challenged the charge and won! As for Willis Orchard, they didn't get their 10% for nothing and you've warned other consumers, as well. Appreciate the review!
