Wal-Mart Stores - Poor shelf stocking and lack of customer assistance at doors
OCALA, FLORIDA -- This is a 2-part complaint regarding Wal-Mart's lack of customer assistance at their doors (greeters are gone), and poor shelf stocking. Since Wal-Mart discontinued the greeters at their SW 19th Ave. store in Ocala, Fla., handicapped folks are experiencing problems with electric carts. There is no one to offer assistance, even though the cashiers say there is someone to help nearby. Where? I couldn't find anyone the last 3 times I visited.
Also, if I need just 3 or 4 items in grocery, I can almost be certain I will only find 2 or 3 of them. I generally have to stop at Publix for the other item(s). Wal-Mart's ordering system seems to be breaking down - no one is watching the store!
Rather than drive to Wal-Mart and struggle to find a space within walking distance, I am considering just going to Publix for my groceries. Easier, and there is always someone to help if I need it. Their shelves are full
and clean and well-maintained, unlike Wal-Mart.
