CENTRALIA, WASHINGTON -- As some may remember from my review of Allstate insurance, our 2006 Dodge Dakota suffered almost $3,800 damage on Easter Sunday when a motorcyclist lost control of his bike and crunched the right side of the truck. Allstate was great, and made the arrangements with Campbell CJDR in Centralia for the body work. Eric, the body shop manager was very friendly, but sadly was unable to get us a loaner, and there was a mixup, so we were withouit a vehicle for a week. When we went to pick up the truck, it looked like it had just rolled off them factory floor. I got down and sighted along the side, and you could not see any evidence of damage or repair. The paint, Chrysler Blaze Red Crystal, was matched perfectly and the fit and finish of the job eas the best I have ever seen. The repair is guaranteed for life two ways. First, it is guaranteed by Chrysler for as long as we have the truck, and Allstate also guarantees the repairs for life. We will be doing business again with Campbell. If you are in the area and have an accident or need car repair, I would recommend Campbell without reservation.

An insurance company that did right by you and a body shop that was top notch, as well. Damn, I do like a positive and helpful review!
