receivers - Complaint
PALATINE, ILLINOIS -- We were told by your service representative that we needed 2 new receivers. you sent them to us; we packed up the old receivers into those boxes with your return labels and put them in a drop box in Chipley, Fl. Because they went into a drop box, I do not have a receipt of them being shipped. You began to bill me and harass me about paying for these items that you didn't receive. You even sent a collection agency after us! We tried to resolve this with your reps on the phone and actually thought we had; but, alas, it was not so. We had Direct TV come and install their equip. and the same day we canceled our Dish acct. You sent boxes again and I shipped your equip. back, but you can bet that this time, I drove 15 miles to a shipping office and have receipts for these. I was informed that you finally did receive one of the original receivers, but only one. SO, now I am being billed for that receiver again. I have spent countless hours on the phone with your reps and frankly I have better things to do with my life. No one is paying me to put up with this bull. I am not a thief and resent the implication. On 3-21-12 I was told that if I paid $18.19 then we would be at 0.00 balance. We did that & now I get a bill today for $107. You know which reps are involved in this fiasco, because I know that this is all noted on my acct. I tell everyone I know and will know not to use DISH NETWORK, because they are a bunch of unorganized dings. I will NOT pay his $107 and it better NOT show up on my credit record or there will be a law suit.!!!
