JVC Informative - JVC Worst Customer Service Ever! - JVC GR-DV3000

NEW JERSEY -- I sent my JVC GR-DV3000 camcorder to be repaired on 07/07/05. It is presently 11/04/05. I won't bore you with the nighmare details, but suffice to say: I have dealt with literally hundreds of vendors from small local companies, to Microsoft and Symantec, and I have never experienced worse customer service. Do a search on-line for the Class action lawsuits against JVC, or go to:

I totally agree with this reveiw as I had a very similar set of problems with JVC & a CD player. I will NEVER buy a JVC product again! Their service is the worst I have ever found anywhere!!
