Tiddliwinks Under the Sea Nursery Bedding - Complaint
I ordered Tiddliwinks Under the Sea theme nursery items for my grandbaby including the bedding. I was given a delivery date of the items which were in plenty of time to have for the baby shower that my daughter was traveling from another state to attend. I was notified the shipment would be delayed so I called customer service to see what could be done to have the items delivered to her home address in another state since. I was told to call back after receiving notification by email that the items had shipped and I could have the address changed. When I did that, I was told they couldn't change the address after an item had shipped.
I had to return the items to the store and re-order to have them sent to my daughter. When the items arrived to her, the baby bedding had manufacturer defects and had to be returned again. The third and final set I ordered (and to be honest, the only reason I re-ordered again was because we had completely decorated the nursery already in this theme) fell apart in the wash. Each time I tried to speak with customer service, they were hard to understand (heavy accents) and contradictory and never able to offer solutions to the problems. When I tried to return the second set to the store, they were only willing to give me store credit and I wanted the money put back on my debit card.
