Hughesnet - Lack of service

VANDERWAGON, NEW MEXICO -- I have tried for five days to get my internet service fixed. I finally gave up and decided to try a new provider. I have asked Hughes net to cancel the service since they are not providing service. I can't even get them to do that. They want to charge me for another three months which I am not going to pay. I have a lady named Mary on the line right now over an hour(I'm currently on hold. she won"t even let me speak to her supervisor.
