My mom is almost 80, she lives alone and never wears football cleats in the house, let alone shoes. Eleven months ago she purchased carpet from empire. The carpet is matted, the padding is beaten down, it looks like a heard of horses runs through everyday. An empire subcontractor came out and did a report. We waited 5 weeks and had to call the company multiple times to finally get an outcome: nothing wrong with the product or installation.
No carpet of any quality does what this carpet has done.
Wish I had known about this site before hand.
Buyer beware!!!! There is a special place for deceitful businesses & those who work for them.
My plan:
1. Next I contact the better business bureau.
2. I will pay for a reputable company to come out and inspect
the carpet.
3. Contact call 3 to see if they are interested in f/u on how my
poor, aged mother has been burned.
