ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA -- Thank you for contacting The Children's Place.
The reason I did is they did not apply my 25% discount at the store.
If I am reading your email correctly, you purchased items in store on April 24/2012. The coupon in question says it is valid until April 22, 2012 so therefore the discount could not be applied.

Thank you for contacting The Children's Place.
I do sincerely apologize for my mistake. Unfortunately any price adjustments would have to be done at the store as we do not have to ability to adjustments from stores. The best suggestion I can make is to return to store with receipt and items and re-purchase the items and have the store take off the 25%.

Then I called and was told, too bad, return everything to our store and re-purchase. I live in anther state. I really will not shop with them again.
