C & C Mechanical - Kept Me Without Air Conditioning More Than 2 Weeks

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- C & C Mechanical, Houston TX was scheduled to assess the problem with my air conditioning on a Wednesday morning 2 weeks ago. I took 5 hours off work; they never showed up. They came the next morning. Said they had to get permission to fix from my home warranty company. They would call me when they got permission. Service man said they would have to order parts and it would be a few days. A week later I had not heard from them. I tried to call but no one answered and I could not leave a message. I called my home warranty company and they tried to call too. They got no answer.

The next day, the warranty company called me to say C&C had been given permission to fix the problem the day after they were at my house. I was told they were waiting for all the parts to arrive, which they expected in 1 or 2 days. So a week after that, when I still had not heard from them, I called C&C. They had their service man call me. I made an appointment for him to fix the problem at 8am today. As I write this, it is 1:30 and he has not shown up.

I talked with someone at C&C this morning at 9:00 and was told he was on his way. I guess he got lost? Right. Meanwhile, it has been over 80 degrees in my house every day, even though I open the windows and run fans. This company does not care about their customers in any way. They do not care about the time I have to take off work, or about my discomfort at home. Do not ever hire this company!

I agree I have had the same difficulties. Three months later my ac supposedly fixed leaked all over my attic, caused ceiling drywall damage, a light fixture to fall etc.. they said they would he out last Saturday to do repairs. They didn't show. I have galled them almost everyday since. No answer and no replies to voice mail... I am frustrated and angry!
