PNC Bank - Failure to transfer autopay accounts after RBC buyout
Line of Credit - autopay - Complaint
WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- PNC buyout of RBC. Complete FAIL. Automatic payments for INTERNAL accounts - specifically line of credit payments were not transferred. Other EXTERNAL payments were transferred, so it would only make sense that the internal automatic payments would be transferred, but of course that would not benefit PNC, so they just let it go, never CONTACT the customer to let them know that the account is not paid and subsequently charge late fees and ultimately report durogatory feedback on credit reports. I have had NO negative credit on my report until this occurrence. Do not bank with PNC - complete lack of ethics.
