Very sporatic. Unable to get assistance from tech without hangups and people unable to speak English. They really do not care if they can help you or not. Very unprofessional. Insulting and laughing at their customer.

You may want to go to http://www.virginmedia.com then 'Quick Links' at the bottom right of the page, then 'Our Complaint Code of Practice' or simply 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page to let Virgin know of this problem.
