Some more details would be helpful. What was the recall about?, what model of truck did the recall cover? What kind of truck do you have? Are you certain is was a recall and not a TSB?

Take your letter and receipt in to the service MANAGER and suggest he refund your money. If he doesn't budge, post your experience on their Facebook page.
