MARYLAND -- I had my truck fixed then received a recall on the problem I had fixed. Now they will not refund any of my money.

Some more details would be helpful. What was the recall about?, what model of truck did the recall cover? What kind of truck do you have? Are you certain is was a recall and not a TSB?

Yes, and also what reason was the OP given by the dealer for refusing the requested reimbursement.

Take your letter and receipt in to the service MANAGER and suggest he refund your money. If he doesn't budge, post your experience on their Facebook page.
