AT&T - They Just Don't Want to Sell DSL Service to One of Their Customers
DSL Internet Service - Complaint
This could be the longest it has ever take to get DSL service. I have been trying to get the service on my phone for for three weeks. They said my phone was disconnected and I was talking to them on that line. The sales person said I needed to have a separate line for DSL. How stupid is that. I kept saying I want the service on the line I have now. They still set a service representative to install the new line. I told him to leave the property. I called again they will find out the problem. During all this one of the service reps in the field is trying to get it straight, because I was HER referral. I hope some day to get DSL or I will go with cable folks. Too much red tape to get DSL. I hope that when I cancel it will not be this much trouble.
