GULF SHORES, ALABAMA -- I just want to let you know how disappointed I was with my recent stay at a Wynn owned property The Travelodge in Gulf Shores AL. I can't say enough how disgusting the room was, the room smelled of mold, the bathroom had mold growth on the ceiling and the bath smelled of urine. They had to let us in the room because the room keys would not work for any of rooms. When we returned to the room that night they didn't even check our id to make sure it was our room. Saturday I went to the office to get the key card and asked to be sure clean towels were in the room, we had a wedding to attend. When we got back to the room at 4:00 PM no clean towels I called the office again and was told the towels were in the dryer. Later on the towels were delivered. Oh and between all of this, they said on the internet they had irons and ironing boards, when I checked the room no iron / ironing board. When I called the desk she said she would look for one, none arrived. Then when the T.V. stopped working we were told she would find someone and send them to fix it, again no one arrived. This was truly the trip from hell.
