Comcast - GREAT SERVICE

Trouble Shooting Phone Lines - Compliment

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- Leonard has been working with me to get our phones to ring. It has taken Comcast 3 days to do this, so I thought one more try, and I reached Leonard! He is very patience and understanding of someone who does not do this a lot. I made several calls, taken the time to check each line and fixed the problem. I am terminally ill and must have a phone at all times. It is very scary not to have excess to the phone for 3 days. I just want to let Leonard know how much it means to be treated like a first class person (even if I didn't always understand what he was taking about!)Thank you again Leonard!
