Kitchenaid Refrigerator - Complaint
MICHIGAN -- I purchased a Kitchenaid refrigerator 4 months ago. After 3 of their service people came and went,the problem is a sealed system leakage which is a major problem. None of their repairmen even want to work on it. I have been on the phone with Whirlpool/Kitchenaid customer service for over a week, every day. I spend an average of 30 minutes on hold after they answer my call. They are the most incompetent, script-reading, unthinking group - including 2 supervisors - I have ever encountered. Don't buy any of the products that fall under Whirlpool/Kitchenaid. These are the only names I have ever bought in the past and from today on, will never, ever purchase another
one of the products!
