Quality Inn - Triple charged for one night's stay

BELGRADE, MONTANTA -- I booked a room for one night's stay at this hotel thru Hotelsone.com. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed they had three rooms booked for us and that we would be charged for those three rooms and there was nothing they could do about it because we booked thru someone else. We contacted Hotelsone.com and they acknowledged there may have been a problem with their website but could not credit us for the two rooms we didn't need or use unless the Quality Inn agreed to it. They contacted the Quality Inn twice and both times they refused to compromise. I contacted the Quality Inn directly myself and again they refused to do anything for us even though they acknowledge we didn't need or use the rooms. Both of these companies know they triple charged us but neither will budge and do the slightest thing for us. Very frustrated with this.

This is a prime example of why I will never use a third party to book a motel/hotel room.

In my opinion, Hotelone is at fault here because it was an error in their website that caused the problem. They should reimburse you and figure out how to settle with Quality Inn on their own time.
