CLEVELAND, OHIO -- I had a surprise tonight when I pulled the sheets back from the bed and found Blood and Hair on the sheets, I called the front desk and asked them to send replacment sheets; the front desk lady told me that she did not have the key to get me a replacment sheet, I then asked her if she could move me. she said she could move me to a smoking room only, I told her I can't sleep in a smokey room. She then stated there was noting she could do that I was SOL. I have have diamond status and they treated me like crap and the front desk lady was rude to me to top it off.
This Hotel is in DownTown Cleveland Ohio on 12th st.
