hotel reservations - Complaint
I had been a loyal customer for years, until now. We made hotel reservations last night by usingthe android app. it was difficult to use and confusing. when I received my confirmation email, the wrong hotel location was listed. When I called Priceline to explain this, they refused to help. All we wanted was for the reservation to be transferred and they refused. When we tried to get a refund, they also refused because we didn't cancel by noon. We made the reservation at 10 pam the night we were staying, so how is that even possible? So we spent $65 on a room we didn't even get to stay in. I cancelled my credit cards with them and am tefamily my family and friends to never use them. I hope the $65 is worth all the money in future reservations.
