Pizzahut - Some customer service issues

LILLINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- While my family and I went to eat lunch at Pizzahut on 5-6-12 things we noticed our waitress Jessica was doing all the work answering phones taking care of drive through and her customers while other waitress standing around texting on her cellphone and watching I believe thats wrong to do while on clock when your suppose to be working long as Jessica is there she does an excellent job while tring to do all the work.

It's a safe bet that Jessica will be the first one considered for a future managerial position. I hope you passed along the compliment of Jessica's work ethic along to the manager on-duty...Good review!
