GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN -- Do not waste your money. They will not cover whatever it is that happens. We had a recliner get torn in the seat and they just came back with a couple of lame reasons why they do not cover the damage. Same thing with 2 of my sons. No need for me to go into the details of each circumstance, bottom line is they will take your money and run. They will not cover much of anything. Complete crooks. Total scam. I am now going to refuse to do business with any furniture company that sells this crap.
