Comcast Internet - Can't Email AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN

TURNERS FALLS, MASSACHUSETTS -- This is just wrong, I have endlessly for now 2 weeks keep getting kicked off Comcast Xfinity telling me it has unexpectedly closed!!!!! AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN, I can not get into my Emails numerous times. They charge a very hefty fee for horrible service and we should be able to deduct the amount of money and time we are losing over not being able to respond to Emails in a timely fashion!

I have to go to my VERIZON cell phone to get my Emails and faster than XFinity, they are way to big for their britches.

Do not bother calling in, they either can not speak English or they will charge you to come out----for what I can get my Gmail through Google and my VERIZON cell phone...Comcast XFINITY you are useless!!!

I've been generally pleased with Comcast and have been with them for years. Once on a Friday my internet and TV service was off (didn't have telephone with them at that time) and a technician actually showed up on a Sunday morning on time as per the service schedule. It was a tad strange to have a Sunday appointment but whatever. He discovered my street was being prepared for telephone service and by golly someone had completely cut me off. I was not a happy camper but did receive a bit of satisfaction listening to the Comcast technician sail a contract worker via his cell phone over the moon.

My problem now is the monthly rates keep increasing and my internet is getting slower, sometimes to an almost crawl at certain times. It's not my computer. I think they have oversold and can't properly service their existing customers.
